Medical Devices & Contraindications

• Inform your practitioner if you have a pacemaker, ICD, or any other medical implants, as certain therapies may be contraindicated
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, or individuals with specific health conditions

Allergies & Adverse Reactions

• Disclose all known allergies and sensitivities
• Report any adverse reactions immediately
• FLS Healing is not responsible for allergic reactions to supplements or herbal products

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations should be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system
• Contact: Kat 0481 840 134 or info@flshealing.com 24 hours prior to you appointment to avoid Cancellation Fees
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: Full session fee applies
• No-shows (failure to appear without cancellation): Full session fee applies
• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late): Sessions will be shortened; full fee still applies

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must also be made with 24 hours notice
• Rescheduling without proper notice may be treated as a cancellation
• Rescheduled appointments are subject to practitioner availability

Payment Policy

• Cancellation fees must be paid within 7 business days of the missed appointment
• Payment can be made by our website
• Unpaid cancellation fees may result in account suspension and inability to book future appointments

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

• Emergency situations (illness, injury, family emergency) may be discussed with management
• Management reserves the right to waive fees on a case-by-case basis

Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations

• FLS Healing reserves the right to cancel appointments due to practitioner illness or emergency
• You will be notified as soon as possible
• Full refund or free rescheduling will be offered

Refund Policy

• Session fees are non-refundable except in cases where FLS Healing cancels the appointment
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled

Informed Consent

• You have read and understand this disclaimer and cancellation policy
• You understand the nature of our alternative therapies
• You understand and agree to the cancellation and payment terms
• You assume responsibility for your health decisions
• You will consult with a licensed medical professional as needed
• You are receiving services voluntarily and at your own discretion
