RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Consultations (Services)
All consultation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.


Products (Wellness Tools & Devices)
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Opened consumables or patches
  • Personalized or custom protocols

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Important Note

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
